EXPIRY OF LISTED OPTIONS ASX: ATCOC
Altech Batteries Limited (“Company”) advises that 185,686,828 listed options (ASX: ATCOC) with an exercise price of $0.06 and expiry date of 31 December 2025 have now expired.
Following the expiration of the options, the Company has securities on issue as follows:

2,668,690,497 fully paid ordinary shares.

126,666,667 options with an exercise price of $0.065 and expiry date of 31 October 2028.

28,545,876 options with an exercise price of $0.08 and expiry date of 30 April 2026.

55,150,000 performance rights.
