EXPIRY OF UNLISTED OPTIONS
Altech Batteries Limited (“Company”) advises that 28,261,262 unlisted options with an exercise price of $0.08 and expiry date of 30 April 2026 have now expired.
Following the expiration of the options, the Company has securities on issue as follows:
- 2,669,056,318 fully paid ordinary shares.
- 126,666,667 options with an exercise price of $0.065 and expiry date of 31 October 2028.
- 55,150,000 performance rights.
