REQUEST FOR SUSPENSION – ALTECH CHEMICALS LIMITED (ATC)

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2, Altech Chemicals Limited requests an immediate suspension of trading in its securities pending the release of an announcement regarding a capital raising.

It is expected the voluntary suspension will be lifted on or before Friday 27 October 2017.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the suspension should not be granted, nor of any other information necessary to inform the market about the suspension.
