OPTIONS PLACEMENT – FULLY SUBSCRIBED

The Directors of Australia Minerals & Mining Group Ltd (“AMMG” or “the Company”) are pleased to advise that pursuant to the prospectus lodged on 4 April 2014 with the Australian Securities Exchange, the offer is now fully subscribed following placement of the shortfall of 1,374,500 options as per section 3.8 of the prospectus.

The Company advises that a total of 21,465,000 options for additional working capital of $42,930 have now been issued.

The Company will seek listing of these securities as per the Prospectus.
