Re: Closing Date for Supplementary Prospectus Option Issue

This is a reminder that the closing date for the prospectus for the offer of options (dated 26 November 2012) ( Prospectus ) is 24[th] May, 2013 . Pursuant to Section 3.7 of the Prospectus, any options not taken up by existing optionholders form part of the shortfall. The Directors reserve the right to place the shortfall at their discretion. The Company wishes to advise that the Directors have determined that priority allocations in the shortfall will be given to those applicants that took up options in the first round and second priority will be given to existing shareholders.
