ENTITLEMENT OPTIONS ISSUE - ACCEPTANCES
The Directors of Australia Minerals & Mining Group Ltd (“AMMG” or “the Company”) wish to advise that pursuant to the prospectus lodged on 26 November 2012 and the supplementary prospectus lodged on 22 March 2013 with the Australian Securities Exchange, the offer closed at 5pm 24 May 2013.
The Company advises that it received acceptances for 21,465,500 options out of a possible 41,987,501 options for additional working capital of $214,655.
The Company will seek listing of these securities as per the Prospectus.
