Managing Director’s Employment Contract

Australia Minerals & Mining Group Ltd (AMMG or the Company) announces that Mr Ric Dawson’s employment contract will not be renewed at its conclusion, 9 July 2014, in line with the Company’s long term strategic goals.

As the Company moves towards the development of its proposed high purity alumina (HPA) processing pilot plant (Plant) it requires a suitably qualified individual with experience in plant operations, acid mineral processing, plant implementation, project management, project financing and off-take negotiations.

The board would like to thank Mr Dawson for the role he has played over the past three and a half years as the Company’s inaugural managing director. Mr Dawson will continue to work with the Company to facilitate a smooth transition.

AMMG has commenced the process to secure a new managing director; until that time, company secretary Mr Piers Lewis will serve as acting chief executive officer (CEO).
