APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY & CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

The Board of Australia Minerals & Mining Group Ltd (AMMG) ( ASX: AKA ) is pleased to announce that Robert (Sam) Middlemas has been appointed to the position of Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer.

As planned, following the successful listing of the Company on 27 January 2010, David Brook has relinquished his position as Company Secretary to focus on his role as a Director on the Board of AMMG.

Mr Middlemas is a chartered accountant with more that 15 years experience in various financial and company secretarial roles with a number of listed public companies operating in the resources sector. He is the principal of a corporate advisory company which provides financial and secretarial services. Previously Mr Middlemas worked for an international accountancy firm. His fields of expertise include corporate secretarial practice, financial and management reporting in the mining industry, treasury and cash flow management and corporate governance.
