ALTEA GREEN POWER: FINAL MILESTONE OF OVER €15 MILLION ACHIEVED FOR THE 250 MW BESS RONDISSONE PROJECT

NET FINANCIAL POSITION, AT THE END OF 2025, CASH POSITIVE SIGNIFICANT STRENGTHENING OF THE FINANCIAL STRUCTURE AND CAPACITY TO SUPPORT FUTURE DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVES

Rivoli (Turin), 8 January 2026 - Altea Green Power (AGP.MI, hereinafter 'AGP' or 'the Company'), a company active in the development of projects and the construction of green energy plants, announces the receipt of the latest milestone payment of over €15 million relating to the 250 MW Rondissone BESS project (TO) with a capacity of 250 MW, following the positive outcome of the preparatory activities for the project, already authorised by MASE (Ministry of the Environment and Energy Security) and developed on behalf of Aer Soléir (see press release).

Thanks to this payment, Altea Green Power's net financial position at the end of 2025 will be cash positive, with a significant strengthening of its financial structure and greater capacity to support future development initiatives.
