HALF-YEAR REVIEW OF THE LIQUIDITY AGREEMENT

Under Altamir Amboise's liquidity agreement with Oddo Corporate Finance, the liquidity account at 31 December 2012 contained the following:

• 33,000 Securities
• 307,570.05 Euros

For reference, 62,000 Securities and 109,300.81 Euros were allocated to the liquidity account at the latest half-year review of the liquidity agreement.
