Change in the number of shares and votes in Momentum Group AB (publ)

As a result of the issuance of new shares in conjunction with Momentum Group's recommended public offer to the shareholders of Swedol AB (publ), the number of shares in Momentum Group AB (publ) has increased by 22,633,876 Class B shares.

Following the directed share issue, the total number of Class A shares, Class B shares and votes in Momentum Group at 31 March 2020 is as follows:
