Momentum Group preparing for split and changing its registered name and management

As part of the preparations for a separate listing of the business area Components & Services on Nasdaq Stockholm, the Board of Momentum Group AB (publ) has resolved to appoint previous Business Area Manager for Alligo, Clein Ullenvik, as President & CEO and previous CFO for the business area Alligo, Irene Wisenborn Bellander, as CFO of Momentum Group. The Board has also resolved to propose that an Extraordinary General Meeting change the registered business name to Alligo AB.

The previous management group for Momentum Group will take over as management for the subsidiary Momentum Group Komponenter & Tjänster AB, with Ulf Lilius appointed as President and Niklas Enmark as Executive Vice President and CFO. These changes are effective from 1 November 2021.

The aim is to conduct the listing of Components & Services during the first half of 2022 under the name Momentum Group, which has also been announced. The Board has therefore resolved to propose that the Extraordinary General Meeting change the current registered business name of Momentum Group AB to Alligo AB. Assuming that the Meeting approves the change, the subsidiary Momentum Group Komponenter & Tjänster AB will change its name to Momentum Group AB. As a result of the preparations for the listing, the Board will also propose that the Extraordinary General Meeting approve a cash redemption of call options outstanding to be carried out by the Board. The notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on 2 December 2021 will be published separately.
