Aker ASA: Changes to the 2017 financial calendar

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice

published by Aker ASA (Aker) on 8 November 2016

regarding Aker’s financial calendar.

Aker’s quarterly report for the third quarter,

originally planned for 10 November 2017, is now

scheduled to be released on 23 November 2017 after

which the 2017 financial calendar will be as follows:

Q1: 11.05.2017

Q2: 18.07.2017

Q3: 23.11.2017

The Annual General Meeting will be held on 21.04.2017.

The 2016 Q4 report will be released as planned on

28.02.2017.
