Aker ASA will publish its fourth-quarter and preliminary annual results for

2015 on the Oslo Stock Exchange on Tuesday 23 February 2016, at 07:00 CET. The

results presentation will be held at Aker's headquarters at Fornebuporten,

Oksenøyveien 10, at 09:00 CET the same morning.
