June 15, 2021 - Aker Solutions ASA ("Aker Solutions") has bought own shares for
use in the company's employee share purchase program for 2021.

DNB, acting under an irrevocable mandate from Aker Solutions, has acquired a
total of 920,000 shares. The shares were purchased at an average price of NOK
16.8710 per share, as follows:
· June 9, 2021: 184,000 shares at a weighted average price of NOK 17.1051
· June 10, 2021: 184,000 shares at a weighted average price of NOK 16.9230
· June 11, 2021: 184,000 shares at a weighted average price of NOK 16.6394
· June 14, 2021: 184,000 shares at a weighted average price of NOK 16.8798
· June 15, 2021: 184,000 shares at a weighted average price of NOK 16.8078
