August 31, 2021 - Aker Solutions ASA ("Aker Solutions") has bought own shares

for use in the company's employee share purchase program for 2021.

Reference is made to the stock exchange

Aker Solutions of May 27, 2021.

DNB, acting under an irrevocable mandate from Aker Solutions, has acquired a

total of 944,478 shares. The shares were purchased at an average price of NOK

16.1332 per share, as follows:

· August 25, 2021: 184,000 shares at a weighted average price of NOK 15.9817

· August 26, 2021: 184,000 shares at a weighted average price of NOK 16.0255

· August 27, 2021: 184,000 shares at a weighted average price of NOK 16.0867

· August 30, 2021: 184,000 shares at a weighted average price of NOK 16.3385

· August 31, 2021: 208,478 shares at a weighted average price of NOK 16.2217

Following these transactions, Aker Solutions has a holding of 8,004,209 own

shares.

The above transactions complete all shares to be purchased by DNB under the

mandate issued by Aker Solutions as set out in the stock exchange
