of Directors of Aker Solutions ASA, on February 29, 2024, sold shares in Aker

Solutions ASA on the Oslo Stock Exchange.

Sævareid's sale of shares was a part of a partial estate settlement where the

total estate held 10,171 shares in Aker Solutions ASA. Sævareid's share of the

total estate constituted of 3,390 shares in Aker Solutions ASA. The estate sold

8,653 shares and Sævareid's share of this sale constituted of 2,884 shares in

Aker Solutions ASA.

Sævareid sold 2,884 shares at a price of NOK 35.39 per share. Following the

transaction, the estate holds 1,518 shares in Aker Solutions ASA. Sævareid's

share of the estate constitutes of 506 shares in Aker Solutions ASA.
