Directors of Aker Solutions ASA, on May 10, 2024, sold shares in Aker Solutions

ASA on the Oslo Stock Exchange.

Sævareid's sale of shares was a part of an estate settlement where the total

estate held 1,518 shares in Aker Solutions ASA. Sævareid's share of the total

estate constituted of 506 shares in Aker Solutions ASA. The estate sold all of

the 1,518 shares on May 10, 2024.

Sævareid sold 506 shares at a price of NOK 44.56 per share. Following the
