December 20, 2022 - Aker Solutions ASA ("Aker Solutions") has today allocated

shares to primary insiders participating in the company's employee share

purchase program for 2022.

Reference is made to the stock exchange release published earlier today,

December 20, 2022 concerning the employee share purchase program and share

allocation. For the December 2022 allocation, shares were sold at a price per

share, excluding applicable discount, of NOK 35.6083 which equals the volume

-weighted average price of the Aker Solutions share on Euronext Oslo Børs over

the period from and including December 13, 2022 to and including December 19,

Under the December 2022 allocation, a total of 421 shares were allocated to

Kjetel Digre, Chief Executive Officer. Following the allocation, Digre holds

120,103 shares in Aker Solutions.

Under the December 2022 allocation, a total of 422 shares were allocated to

Sturla Magnus, Executive Vice President, Topside and Facilities. Following the

allocation, Magnus holds 191,072 shares in Aker Solutions.

Under the December 2022 allocation, a total of 421 shares were allocated to

Hilde Karlsen, Employee Elected Director. Following the allocation, Karlsen

together with related parties hold 31,294 shares in Aker Solutions.

Under the December 2022 allocation, a total of 421 shares were allocated to Olav

Høidalen, Senior Vice President, Group Controlling. Following the allocation,

Høidalen holds 18,825 shares in Aker Solutions.

Under the December 2022 allocation, a total of 421 shares were allocated to

Kjetil Kristiansen, Executive Vice President, People and Organization. Following

the allocation, Kristiansen holds 29,913 shares in Aker Solutions.

Under the December 2022 allocation, a total of 421 shares were allocated to

Anders Hannevik, Executive Vice President, Customers and Strategy. Following the

allocation, Hannevik holds 1,775 shares in Aker Solutions.

Under the December 2022 allocation, a total of 421 shares were allocated to

Stephen Bull, Executive Vice President, Renewables. Following the allocation,

Bull holds 39,228 shares in Aker Solutions.

responsibilities in Aker Solutions in accordance with Regulation EU 596/2014

(MAR) article 19.
