December 18, 2020 - Aker ASA acquired 6,325,000 shares in Aker Solutions ASA

("Aker Solutions") on December 17, 2020. The acquisition was made at a price per

share of NOK 17.42 which equals to the closing price on Oslo Stock Exchange on

December 17, 2020.

Following the acquisition, Aker ASA's total shareholdings controlled in Aker

Solutions, including shares held by Aker Kværner Holding AS, is 224,276,374

shares, equaling 45.57 % of the total number of shares outstanding.

This notification is made pursuant to Section 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities

Trading Act.
