Aker Solutions ASA: Minutes From Annual General Meeting 2015

April 9, 2015 - Shareholders of Aker Solutions adopted all proposals on the

agenda of the company's annual general meeting held today in Fornebu, Norway.

This included a proposal to pay a dividend of NOK 1.45 per share to shareholders

owning shares at the close of trading on April 9, 2015. Aker Solutions' shares

will from April 10, 2015, be traded on the Oslo stock exchange without the right

to the 2014 dividend. The dividend will be paid on or about April 24, 2015.
