Aker Horizons ASA Closes Sale of REC Silicon Shares to Hanwha

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice made by Aker Horizons ASA ("Aker

Horizons") on 23 March 2022 regarding the agreement with South Korea's Hanwha

Solutions Corporation and Hanwha Corporation to sell all of Aker Horizons' 70,

104,276 shares in REC Silicon ASA, each at a price of NOK 20.00 per share (the

"Transaction").

The Transaction has now been completed, following which, Aker Horizons does not

own any shares or hold any voting rights in REC Silicon ASA and Kristian Røkke

has stepped down as the chairman of the board of REC Silicon ASA.
