Aker Horizons: Transaction to Acquire Rainpower Closed

Reference is made to the announcement made on January 27, 2021, by Aker ASA that Aker Horizons AS had entered into an agreement to acquire 100 percent of the shares in Rainpower Holding AS. Aker Horizons announces that the transaction has been finalised and closed today, in accordance with previously communicated terms.
