Aker Horizons AS: Fixed Income Investor Calls

Aker Horizons has mandated DNB Markets and Nordea as Joint Global Coordinators and Green Bond Advisors and Pareto, SEB and Swedbank as Joint Bookrunners to arrange a series of fixed income investor calls commencing on 2 February 2021.

A NOK denominated senior unsecured green bond issue with a 4.5-year tenor and expected initial issue size of NOK 1,500 million may follow, subject to inter alia market conditions.
