Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Aker Horizons (the “Company”) on 8 February 2021 regarding the exercise of a greenshoe option by ABG Sundal Collier ASA, acting as stabilisation agent on behalf of the managers in the private placement of shares in the Company and subsequent admission of the Company’s shares on Euronext Growth (Oslo).

The share capital increase pertaining to the greenshoe option has been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret) and the 11,857,142 new shares have been issued. Following the registration, the registered share capital of Aker Horizons AS is NOK 580,750,658 divided into 580,750,658 shares, each with a par value of NOK 1. Each share in the Company carry one vote at the Company’s general meetings.
