Aker BioMarine — Director's Dealing 2010

NOTIFIABLE TRADE

Reference is made to the rights offering in Aker BioMarine which was approved by

the extra ordinary shareholder meeting on September 24, 2010. The following

primary insiders have been allocated new shares in accordance with the

allocation principles described in the prospectus dated September 29, 2010.

Mr. Tore Heldrup Rasmussen, board member in Aker BioMarine ASA, has today,

through his company Heldrup AS, been allocated 121 479 new shares in Aker

BioMarine. In the rights offering, Heldrup AS exercised 121 479 subscription

rights and subscribed for 121 479 new shares in Aker BioMarine ASA at a

subscription price of NOK 1,10 per new share. Following completion of the rights

offering, Heldrup AS owns 510 663 shares in Aker BioMarine ASA.

Ms. Wenche Rolfsen, board member in Aker BioMarine ASA, has today been allocated

8 360 new shares in Aker BioMarine.  In the rights offering, Rolfsen exercised

8 360 subscription rights and subscribed for 8 360 new shares in Aker BioMarine

ASA at a subscription price of NOK 1,10 per new share. Following completion of

the rights offering, Rolfsen owns 35 145 shares in Aker BioMarine ASA.

Ms. Helle Kruse Nielsen, board member in Aker BioMarine ASA, has today been

allocated 84 309 new shares in Aker BioMarine.  In the rights offering, Nielsen

subscribed for 100 000 new shares in Aker BioMarine ASA at a subscription price

of NOK 1,10 per share, of which 75 663 new shares was subscribed based on

subscription rights. Nielsen has thus been allocated 8 646 shares beyond her

subscription rights. Following completion of the rights offering, Nielsen owns

326 711 shares in Aker BioMarine ASA

Mr. Bjørn Flatgård, board member in Aker BioMarine ASA, has today been allocated

39 017 new shares in Aker BioMarine.  In the rights offering, Flatgård exercised

39 017 subscription rights and subscribed for 39 017 new shares in Aker

BioMarine ASA at a subscription price of NOK 1,10 per new share. Following

completion of the rights offering, Flatgård owns 164 017 shares in Aker

BioMarine ASA.

Mr. Hallvard Muri, CEO in Aker BioMarine ASA, has today, through his company

ACCA AS, been allocated 156 069 new shares in Aker BioMarine. In the rights

offering, ACCA AS exercised 156 069 subscription rights and subscribed for

156 069 new shares in Aker BioMarine ASA at a subscription price of NOK 1,10 per

new share. Following completion of the rights offering, ACCA AS owns

656 069 shares in Aker BioMarine ASA.

Mr. Webjørn Eikrem, Executive Vice President in Aker BioMarine ASA, has today,

through his company Tigerlilly AS, been allocated 590 544 new shares in Aker

BioMarine. In the rights offering, Tigerlilly AS exercised 590 544 subscription

rights and subscribed for 590 544 new shares in Aker BioMarine ASA at a

subscription price of NOK 1,10 per new share. Following completion of the rights

offering, Tigerlilly AS owns 2 482 467 shares in Aker BioMarine ASA.

Mr. Hogne Vik, Executive Vice President in Aker BioMarine ASA, has today,

through his company ENG AS, been allocated 144 767 new shares in Aker

BioMarine.  In the rights offering, ENG AS subscribed for 150 000 new shares in

Aker BioMarine ASA at a subscription price of NOK 1,10 per share, of which

129 919 new shares was subscribed based on subscription rights. ENG AS has thus

been allocated 14 848 shares beyond her subscription rights. Following

completion of the rights offering, ENG AS owns 560 990 shares in Aker BioMarine

ASA

Mr. Svein Ivar Holm, director in Aker BioMarine ASA, has today been allocated

10 612 new shares in Aker BioMarine.  In the rights offering, Holm exercised

10 612 subscription rights and subscribed for 10 612 new shares in Aker

BioMarine ASA at a subscription price of NOK 1,10 per new share. Following

completion of the rights offering, Holm owns 44 612 shares in Aker BioMarine

ASA.

Mr. Øystein Egner, controller in Aker BioMarine ASA, has today been allocated

8 695 new shares in Aker BioMarine.  In the rights offering, Egner subscribed

for 10 000 new shares in Aker BioMarine ASA at a subscription price of NOK 1,10

per share, of which 7 803 new shares was subscribed based on subscription

rights. Egner has thus been allocated 892 shares beyond his subscription rights.

Following completion of the rights offering, Egner owns 33 695 shares in Aker

BioMarine ASA
