Aker BioMarine — Director's Dealing 2010

CORRECTION: NOTIFIABLE TRADE

This is a correction of the announcement from 08:35 27.04.2010 CEST. Reason for

the correction: The correction is referring to the 5th section about Mr. Hogne

Vik's subscription for new shares in Aker BioMarine.

Mr. Tore Heldrup Rasmussen, board member in Aker BioMarine ASA, has today,

through his company Heldrup AS, exercised 341 018 subscription rights and

subscribed for 341 018 new shares in Aker BioMarine ASA at a subscription price

of NOK 1 per new share. Heldrup AS currently owns 48 166 shares, but will own

389 184 shares subject to completion of the share issue.

Ms. Wenche Rolfsen, board member in Aker BioMarine ASA, has today exercised

23 470 subscription rights and subscribed for 23 470 new shares in Aker

BioMarine ASA at a subscription price of NOK 1 per new share. Ms. Rolfsen

currently owns 3 315 shares, but will own 26 785 shares subject to completion of

the share issue.

Ms. Helle Kruse Nielsen, board member in Aker BioMarine ASA, has today exercised

212 402 subscription rights and subscribed for 212 402 new shares in Aker

BioMarine ASA at a subscription price of NOK 1 per new share. Ms. Nielsen

currently owns 30 000 shares, but will own 242 402 shares subject to completion

of the share issue.

Mr. Webjørn Eikrem, Executive Vice President in Aker BioMarine ASA, has today,

through his company Tigerlilly AS, subscribed for 2 416 013 new shares in Aker

BioMarine ASA at a subscription price of NOK 1 per new share, of which

1 416 013 new shares is subscribed based on subscription rights. Tigerlilly AS

has thus oversubscribed with 1 000 000 shares. Tigerlilly AS currently owns

200 000 shares, but will own up to 2 616 013 shares subject to final allocation

and completion of the share issue.

Mr. Hogne Vik, Executive Vice President in Aker BioMarine ASA, has today,

through his company Eng AS, subscribed for 450 000 new shares in Aker BioMarine

ASA at a subscription price of  NOK 1 per  new share, of which 311 523 new

shares are subscribed  based on subscription  rights. Eng AS has thus

oversubscribed with 138 477 shares. Eng AS currently owns 44 000 shares, but

will own up to 494 000 shares subject to final allocation and completion of the

share issue.

Related party to Mr. Aaron Kramer, President Pharmaceutical in Aker BioMarine

ASA, has today subscribed for 150 000 new shares in Aker BioMarine ASA at a

subscription price of NOK 1 per new share, of which 21 240 new shares is

subscribed based on subscription rights. The related party to Mr. Kramer has

thus oversubscribed with 128 760 shares. The related party to Mr. Kramer

currently owns 3 000 shares, but will own up to 153 000 shares subject to final

allocation and completion of the share issue.
