Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Aker BioMarine AS (the "Company") on 12 March, regarding the minutes from the annual general meeting held on 12 March 2021.

The amendments to the Company's articles of association resolved by the annual general meeting, including the conversion of the Company into a Norwegian public limited liability company and change of company name to Aker BioMarine ASA, have now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw.: Foretaksregisteret).
