Securities Released from Voluntary Escrow

Airtasker Limited ( Airtasker ) advises that in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A the following securities will be released from voluntary escrow on 25 May 2024.

The securities were issued as part consideration for the acquisition of the Oneflare business and assets on 25 May 2022, and were subject to a twenty-four month voluntary escrow period.

The release from escrow does not change the issued capital of Airtasker.
