ASX Announcement

Airtasker Limited (ASX:ART)

Appointment of Independent Non-Executive Director

Airtasker Limited (ASX:ART) is pleased to announce the appointment of John Boris as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, effective 25 May 2026.

John's appointment further strengthens the independence, skills and experience of the Airtasker Board of Directors (Board) as Airtasker continues to execute its growth strategy.

John was born in the United States and now lives in Australia. He is an entrepreneurial and visionary executive with more than 25 years of marketing and management experience across leading tech-enabled consumer brands and two-sided marketplaces, predominately in the United States. He has held senior roles including Chief Executive Officer, President, Chief Growth Officer and Chief Marketing Officer, with a track record of building profitable consumer and enterprise businesses, scaling platforms and creating strong corporate cultures. John's experience spans companies such as Tripadvisor, Shutterfly, IfOnly, Immutable, Lonely Planet, Zagat Survey, 1-800-Flowers, FreshDirect and Radio City Music Hall/Madison Square Garden.

John brings deep domain expertise in building and scaling two-sided marketplaces in the United States, with significant experience in customer acquisition, brand building, product and growth, and international expansion. This experience is directly aligned with Airtasker's ambition to continue scaling its marketplace, deepen engagement on both sides of the platform and unlock new growth opportunities in Australia, the UK and the US.

Airtasker Chair Cass O'Connor said "We have been searching for an additional Director to add marketing and growth strengths to our Board for some time. John fits in well with his hands-on experience in building and monetising marketplaces, together with his deep marketing expertise and proven track record building businesses in the United States. But mostly, John is simply a great guy with energy and collegiality and I really look forward to working with him."

John Boris said "I'm excited to join the Board at such an important stage of Airtasker's growth journey. Airtasker has built a highly differentiated marketplace with strong consumer appeal and significant international opportunity. I look forward to working with the Board and management team to help scale the platform and create long-term value for shareholders."

John holds an MBA from the New York University Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts from Middlebury College.

The Board welcomes John and looks forward to his contribution to Airtasker's governance, strategy and long-term value creation for shareholders.
