Cleansing Notice

Fully Paid Ordinary Shares Issued Under Placement Notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)

This notice is given by Airtasker Limited ACN 149 850 457 (ASX:ART) ( Company ) under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Corporations Act ).

The Company has today issued 31,666,667 new fully paid ordinary shares in the Company ( New Shares ) at an issue price of $0.30 per New Share to existing and new institutional and sophisticated investors, pursuant to the placement announced on 17 November 2025.

The Company gives notice under and in accordance with section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act that:

• a) the New Shares were issued without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act;

• b) as a disclosing entity, the Company is subject to regular reporting and disclosure obligations;

• c) as at the date of this notice, the Company has complied with:

  • (i) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act, as they apply to the Company; and

• (ii) sections 674 and 674A of the Corporations Act; and

• d) as at the date of this notice, there is no information that is ‘excluded information’ within the meaning of sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Corporations Act.

Authorisation : This cleansing notice was authorised by the Board of Directors of the Company.
