CLEANSING NOTICE

Shares issued under Institutional Placement

Notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)

This notice is given by Airtasker Limited ACN 149 850 457 (“ Company ”) under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (“ Corporations Act” ).

The Company today issued 8,256,035 fully paid ordinary shares in the Company (“ Shares ”) to entities controlled by certain of the directors of the Company pursuant to the institutional placement announced on 4 May 2022. The Shares were issued at an issue price of A$0.43 per Share.

The Company advises that:

(a) the Shares were issued without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act, in reliance on section 708A(5) of the Corporations Act;
(b) this notice is being given under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act;
(c) as a disclosing entity, the Company is subject to regular reporting and disclosure obligations;
(d) as at the date of this notice, the Company has complied with:
(i) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act, as they apply to the Company; and
(ii) sections 674 and 674A of the Corporations Act; and
(e) as at the date of this notice, there is no information that is “excluded information” within the meanings of sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Corporations Act.
