Appointment at MeesPierson Intertrust

Fortis

Bas Schreuders is appointed new C.E.O. of MeesPierson Intertrust as from 1 February 2006. Bas Schreuders ( 51, Dutch nationality, lawyer ) has spent most of his career in the Trust business. In 1997, he became General Manager of MeesPierson Luxembourg, Bank & Trust. In 2000, Bas gained responsibility over the Trust activities in the position of Managing Director, following the merger of various Fortis companies in Luxembourg. In 2004, Bas was appointed Managing Director of MeesPierson Intertrust in The Netherlands. He has been a member of the Executive Board of the MeesPierson Intertrust Group since 2002.
