Change in the number of shares and votes in AFRY

As of 30 November 2021, the number of shares in AFRY AB (publ) ("AFRY") amounts to 113,207,940, divided into 4,290,336 class A shares with ten votes each and 108,917,604 class B shares with one vote each. The total number of votes amounts to 151,820,964.

During November, convertibles issued in AFRY's 2018 convertible programme have been converted to 7,047 class B shares. Further, the reduction of the share capital through cancellation of 700,681 own class B shares as resolved by the 2021 Annual General Meeting has been executed through registration with the Swedish Companies Registration Office. As a result of these changes, the number of class B shares in AFRY has decreased, and amounts to 108,917,604.
