Change in the number of shares and votes in AFRY

As of 30 December 2021, the number of shares in AFRY AB (publ) ("AFRY") amounts to 113,212,471, divided into 4,290,336 class A shares with ten votes each and 108,922,135 class B shares with one vote each. The total number of votes amounts to 151,825,495.

During December, convertibles issued in AFRY's 2018 convertible programme have been converted to 4,531 class B shares. As a result of these changes, the number of class B shares in AFRY amounts to 108,922,135.
