ÅF Group Nominations Committee appointed

The following individuals have now been appointed to serve on the Nominations Committee, in line with the decision taken at the 2009 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in ÅF AB:

• Ulf Dinkelspiel, Chairman ÅF AB
• Björn O Nilsson, representing Ångpanneföreningen's Foundation for Research & Development – also Chair of the Nominations Committee
• Åsa Nisell, Swedbank Robur
• Peter Rudman, Nordea
