ÅF reorganises to improve synergies

ÅF will reorganise its operations with effect from 1 January 2010. In essence the reorganisation means that:

• Operations in Sweden within the Energy Division, involving 130 members of staff, will be transferred to the Engineering Division.
• The activities of the Engineering Division in Estonia, Finland and the Czech Republic, currently employing a total of 70 members of staff, will be transferred to the Energy Division.

The purpose of these changes is to make clearer the respective division's market focus and to optimise internal synergies in order to create a stronger offer to the market.
