The Board of Directors in AF Gruppen ASA has issued 220,553 new share options to 123 employees in 2024, in accordance with the Power of Attorney given by the General Meeting on May 12, 2023. The options may be exercised in 2026. The strike price for the options will be NOK 140.40 adjusted for dividends that exceeds 50 percent of earnings per share from June 2024 until exercising in 2026.
Total outstanding options are after this issue 5,000,000.
