The Board of Directors in AF Gruppen ASA has issued 151,669 new share options to 142 employees in 2022, in accordance with the Power of Attorney given by the General Meeting on May 15, 2020. The options may be exercised in 2023. The strike price for the options will be NOK 170.82 adjusted for dividends that exceeds 50 percent of earnings per share from June 2022 until exercising in 2023.

Total outstanding options are after this issue 3,882,288.
