AF Gruppen ASA (AFG) has issued 694,374 shares as a private placement in line with the Company's share purchase program for employees, as informed in the public announcement as of 13 October 2022. The subscription price is NOK 121.80 per share.

The share capital increase has increased the share capital in AFG ASA by NOK 34,718.70 to NOK 5,385,100. The total number of shares outstanding after this share capital increase is 107,702,000.
