The Board of Directors in AF Gruppen ASA has issued 3,850,000 new share options to 1,584 employees in 2020, in accordance with the Power of Attorney given by the General Meeting on May 15 2020. The strike price for the options is NOK 170.82 and the options may be exercised in 2023.

Total outstanding options are after this issue 3,850,000.
