Builds apartments outside Oslo

Betonmast, an AF Gruppen subsidiary, has entered into a contract with Selvaag Bolig to build 241 apartments at Skårerbyen in Lørenskog, Viken. The contract is a turnkey contract with an anticipated value of around MNOK 515, excluding VAT.

The contract covers stage 3 and 4 of the development at Skårerbyen. In 2019, Betonmast entered into a turnkey contract to build 238 apartments in stage 1 and 2 of the development and this work is currently ongoing.

The total building stock for stages 3 and 4 is 27,000 square metres, including commercial premises and parking garages.

“Naturally, we are extremely pleased to land this contract with Selvaag Bolig for the continued development of Skårerbyen. The Skårerbyen development will be an essential contribution towards the long-awaited Lørenskog city centre,” says CEO, Jørgen Evensen.

The project commences in Q3 2021 and is scheduled for completion during Q3 2024.
