AF Gruppen ASA has issued shares in accordance with the resolution by the extraordinary general meeting on 19 November 2019. Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement on 29 November 2019 regarding the result of the subsequent offering where AF Gruppen allotted 490,170 new shares at a subscription price of NOK 175.10 per share.

The share issue has increased the share capital in AF Gruppen ASA by NOK 24,508.50 to NOK 5,153,263.85. The total number of shares outstanding after this share issue is 103,065,277.
