AF Gruppen ASA (AFG) has issued shares in accordance

with the authorization given to the Board of

Directors by the extraordinary general meeting 13.

February 2015 in connection with company

acquisition. A total of 2,702,703 shares, with a

nominal value of NOK 0.05 per share, are issued as a

private placement to the sellers of LAB AS. The

subscription price is NOK 74.00 per share.

The share issue has increased the share capital in

AF Gruppen ASA by NOK 135,135.15 to NOK

4,571,380.35. The total number of shares outstanding

after this share issue is 91,427,607.
