AF Gruppen ASA (AFG) has issued shares in accordance

with the authorization given to the Board of

Directors by the annual general meeting 13. May 2015

in connection with company acquisition. A total of

400,538 shares, with a nominal value of NOK 0.05 per

share, are issued as a private placement to the

sellers of Målselv Maskin & Transport AS. The

subscription price is NOK 111.60 per share.

The share issue has increased the share capital in

AF Gruppen ASA by NOK 20,026.90 to NOK 4,591,407.25.

The total number of shares outstanding after this

share issue is 91,828,145.
