AF Gruppen ASA (AFG) has issued 5,755,679 shares as a

private placement to employees in order to exercise

all outstanding share options. This is according to

the public announcement of 24 March 2014.

The subscription price for 5,382,417 shares was NOK

41.20, for 197,501 shares NOK 49.80 per share and for

175,761 shares the subscription price was NOK 56.90

per share.

The share issue has increased the share capital in AF

Gruppen by NOK 287,783.95 to NOK 4,404,432.95. The

total number of shares outstanding after this share

issue is 88,088,659.
