The Board of Directors in AF Gruppen ASA has issued 14,740 new share options to 4 primary insiders, in accordance with the Power of Attorney given by the General Meeting on May 12, 2017. The options may be exercised in 2020. The strike price for the options will be NOK 161.00 (average market price during the subscription period) adjusted for dividends that exceeds 50 percent of earnings per share from June 2017 until exercising in 2020.
Total outstanding options are after this issue 3,449,177.
