Options issued

The Board of Directors in AF Gruppen ASA has issued

650,000 new share options to 278 employees in 2015,

in accordance with the share option scheme adopted

by the General Meeting on May 15 2014. The strike

price for the options is NOK 108.33 and the options

may be exercised in 2017.

Total outstanding options after this issue are

4,087,357.
