VITO Kongsvinger AS, related party to board member and primary insider in AF Gruppen ASA, Erik Veiby, has today sold 40,000 shares in AF Gruppen ASA at a price of 134.00 per share. The shares were sold to ETV Invest AS, also a related party to Erik Veiby.
Following these transactions VITO Kongsvinger AS and ETV Invest AS owns 1,871,676 and 40,000 shares respectively in AF Gruppen ASA.
