Constructing office building for Avantor

Betonmast, an AF Gruppen subsidiary, has signed an agreement with Avantor to build an office building in Nydalen in Oslo. The collaborative turnkey contract is worth approximately NOK 400 million excluding VAT.

The construction project involves erecting a five-floor office building with a retracted 5th floor and basement. The building will have a GEA of approximately 14,000 m2 and be a BREEAM Excellent project with, among other things, an innovative glass facade.

Construction is expected to start in August 2020 with completion scheduled in the spring 2022.
